For all permanent makeup procedures the client must come in for a 30 minute consultation before the actual procedure can be done. At the consultation we will go over the paperwork they fill out and any medical history. They will be advised about what to expect, aftercare and have any questions about the procedure answered. The actual procedure can only be done if everything goes well with the consultation. After the actual procedure the client must schedule their touchup appointment before leaving for 4-6 weeks after the first procedure.

PERMANENT COSMETICS MENU
Eyebrows— 2 Hours $400The procedure will start with a 30 minute consultation to determine the arch and shape wanted from your permanent eyebrows. Then the desired eyebrows are drawn on to make sure the shape is exactly what is wanted. The area is numbed with topical anesthetics for comfort if desired. Most people describe a mild “plucking” feeling due to the nature of Derma-pigmentation. The actual procedure will take 1 to 1½ hours. Aftercare will be explained and a touch-up appointment will be scheduled 4-6 weeks after the procedure.
Eyelash Enhancement— 2 Hours $150
Eyelash Enhancement is a thin, dark line placed along the upper lash line to create a darker, thicker looking lash. The procedure starts with a 30 minute consultation to go over any kind of medical history or health problems. The area is numbed with topical anesthetics for comfort. The actual procedure will take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1½ hours. Aftercare will be explained and a touch-up will be scheduled for 4-6 weeks after the procedure.
Upper Eyeliner— 2 Hours $250
Upper Eyeliner includes Lash Enhancement. Eyeliner can define the shape of the eyes either naturally or dramatically. The procedure will start with a 30 minute consultation to determine the outcome. The area is numbed with topical anesthetics for comfort. The actual procedure will take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1½ hours. Aftercare will be explained and a touch-up will be scheduled for 4-6 weeks after the procedure.
Lower Eyeliner— 2 Hours $200

It will start with a 30 minute consultation to determine the outcome of the procedure. The area is numbed with topical anesthetics for comfort. The actual procedure will take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1½ hours. Aftercare will be explained and a touch-up will be scheduled for 4-6 weeks after the procedure.
Smudge— 2 Hours $250
Smudge includes lower eyeliner. It is a slightly shaded area under the eyeliner to give the effect of a smudge. A smudge is more for people who desire slightly thicker eyeliner. It will start with a 30 minute consultation to determine the outcome of the procedure. The area is numbed with topical anesthetics for comfort. The actual procedure will take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1½ hours. Aftercare will be explained and a touch-up will be scheduled for 4-6 weeks after the procedure.
Lip Liner — 2 Hours $300
Permanent lips can give more fullness and definition to the mouth, as well as correct an uneven lip line. It can even minimize the appearance of wrinkles. Pigment can create a natural tone or a more visible color. The procedure will start with a 30 minute consultation to determine the exact shape and any corrections wanted from your permanent lip liner. Then the desired liner is drawn on to make sure the shape is exactly what is wanted. The area is numbed with topical anesthetics for comfort if desired. Beauty Marks — 45 Minutes $60
Beauty Marks will only be done if another procedure is purchased and done at the same time.

My name is Lisa Pearcy; I’m a licensed esthetician and Permanent Cosmetics Technician who joined the team at Mellow Me Out Day Spa in April of 2008. I graduated from Federico’s Beauty Institute and was licensed shortly after. I then attended the best Permanent Makeup school in Northern California. I am now certified in Permanent Makeup and continue to take extensive courses and training in Aesthetics and Permanent Makeup procedures.
