My day spa business requires an extensive amount of laundry to fulfill hundreds of clients on a weekly basis. Over the past 12 years of owning my day spas, laundry has and always will be one of those “required services” that cannot always be maintained in-house. Our downtown location at 555 Capitol Mall needs full service since we have no washer or dryer access in our building.
Honestly, I’ve tried numerous laundry companies in town through the years. Some are better than others. Common problems we’ve experienced is the billing is incorrect or our laundry isn’t brought back completely laundered, or brought back with the same amount than what was originally taken. It’s been difficult to find a company that returns our laundry on time, weighed correctly, billed correctly and has clean, professional representatives servicing our spas….Laundry Express provides the whole enchilada!
Laundry Express has serviced our downtown location this past year and the Owner, Jason St. Julien has provided us with impeccable service with fair pricing. What I like most about this company is the “guaranteed delivery time or its free.” Also, I like that Jason and his professional staff are aware of the spas “relaxing” environment when they pick-up and deliver our laundry out of respect to our clients desire for a quiet, peaceful spa experience.
